TONIThe last program I attended we didn’t get finished till 10 or 11 at night.
DIANA When do we sleep?
TONIThey don’t sleep here. They likely don’t sleep more than three hours at night. The energy is high. You don’t need sleep in this dimension.

DIANA
What was he like when you met him?
JESSICA

Toni takes the fabric unwinds it then starts pleating it.
DIANA

DIANA
It feels like a costume.
JESSICA
Must you fight with everyone?
Jessica leaves the restroom with an impatient glance towards Diana. Diana frowns back at her.
TONI
We wear these because it allows the energy to flow around your body.
(Toni finished wrapping the cloth over Diana’s shoulder)

This space is amazing. Who are these?
Diana turned toward the statues then stepped closer to observe one.
MA PREMA
These are Devi, Venkateshwara and ? In Hinduism we welcome these gods and goddesses from the upper dimensions. They have unique qualities blessing us.
DIANA
I thought there was only one God.
MA PREMA
These are the many attributes of the One.
DIANA
Do you actually worship them?
(Diana’s voice squeaked)
MA PREMA
(Smiling, gently) The action of worship brings devotion which gives a connection to them. They awaken us to our energies
MA PREMA (CONT’D)After a pause of silence
This is Venkateshawara who governs the heart chakra for love and compassion.

FIRST YOUNG MAN Sure, lets’ go.
DIANA
Diana dashed after them arriving at the street corner and bus stop pleading with crowded busy roads, noisy engines, honking horns.
Don’t leave me behind!
All three boarded the crowded bus and the two guys split up one going to the front and one to the back. Diana hopped into a seat right at the railing where people boarded and unloaded. The bus revved up and darted into a lane almost sideswiping cars. Cars darted around with motorcycles swerving in and out between the vehicles.
Diana stared at the people on the bus and the stared back at her then she looked out the window in shock at the five lanes of traffic not staying in their lane. Suddenly the bus came to a screeching halt, everyone leaned forward then backward.
DIANA (CONT’D) Don’t leave without me!
The young man nodded at her and she turned back just in time to see the bus doors open and 5 small 6 year old children dressed in school uniform with backpacks marched down the steps and out into the traffic. A car came to a screeching halt within 3 feet of the bus door and the children marched across 4 lanes of traffic to the other side without
hesitation. Diana leans over the rail in shock at seeing the children enter the busy street without an adult. The doors close and takes off again.

Diana joins Toni at the steps and they start into the hall. A fire ritual is being held outside with several people in line walking by and throwing in small papers into the fire. A female monk stands to the side guiding a 9 year old child who is crying uncontrollably.
DIANA
The child is in distress
TONI
I’ve seen her bouncing around here like she has adhd or is autistic.
DIANA
Maybe the energy from these rituals is too strong for her.
TONI
I think her father brought her here for healing. Have you seen how the children here act? They’re so serene and peaceful.
DIANA
I heard they self regulate. You can see it in their behavior.
TONI
I read about the school principal who visited here and said the children sat telling the roses they were safe and the roses dropped their thorns.
DIANA
(Stopped staring at Toni, lifted her hands in the air then turned and proceeded into the hall.
They stepped into the dimly lit educational hall. Diana sat onto a mat with 4 adult participants in a circle. One 12 year old sat to her left. Two children 7 and 9 years old taught.

Diana placed a blindfold on. The girl scrolled on her phone then held the phone picture behind Diana’s head.
DIANA (CONT’D) It’s a house? Maybe a car? Some green color.
12 YEAR OLD
(Looks at her phone)
Keep Trying
DIANA
A bus? The road?

slight frown) I sacrificed diamonds along time ago to have children.
TONI
(Teasing, smiling) Learn to materialize and you can have anything you want now.
DIANA
Diamonds out of my mouth? That’s insane.
TONI
It’s all molecules. If you can materialize anyone thing you can materialize anything. Even diamonds.

to continue)

Diana sits her cup on the table helplessly and walks away.
INT. EDUCATIONAL HALL NOON
Hall is filling up with participants gathering on mats. Diana returns to her mat and sits looking around to save a seat for her friends Toni and Jessica.
ANNOUNCER
Please everyone be seated. When I call for seating it’s important in this dimension to take a seat then.
DIANA
Diana stares ahead, looks back behind her. With agitation straights her clothes, sighs real loudly then looks back again searching for others. Glances at the seats beside her then jumps to walk-run through the aisle of the seated crowd in the barely lit hall.
Landing on a pool of spilt water both feet fly ahead of her as she is airborne. Feet drop to the floor, back hits with a thud and her head whips back with a crack on the floor.
DIANA (CONT’D)
STARING INTO THE DARKNESS ABOVE HER WITH A DREAMY LOOK SHE SUDDENLY SEES TWO FACES ABOVE HER.
MA CHANDRA NURSE Are you okay?

MA CHANDRA NURSE (CONT’D) We’re going to the Bengaluru hospital. She’s had a bad fall. SECURITY GUARD
Leans down to stare through the window at Diana then frowns with a glare when recognizing her. His non violent nature left the guard working hard to be as threatening as possible. DIANA
Diana smiles back. Touches the back of her head to emphasize the injury then not finding the injury frowns looking down. SECURITY GUARD
He hands Ma Chandra a document. She signs then he waves the car forward. The gates open. The car rolls out on the way.

MA CHANDRA NURSE North Carolina. I’ve been a nurse all my life and was retiring when I came here.
DIANA
Why did you stay here?
MA CHANDRA NURSE It was this high energy. This ecosystem I found myself in. There is so much bliss I couldn’t imagine not living in it.
DIANA
(stared ahead thoughtfully and out the window as they passed what appeared as a small village)
Suddenly the driver swerved on a detour into a retail section driving the car down a small road with shops along the road.
MA CHANDRA NURSE(She asked curiously, alarmed)
Where are we going?
THE DRIVER
(Ignoring her he comes a stop a few steps from the door of a small shop and steps out of the car}
MA CHANDRA NURSE(Raising her voice in alarm)
What are we doing? We’re supposed to be going to the emergency room.
THE DRIVER
(disappears into a doorway holding a bag)
MA CHANDRA NURSE(Looks at him, looks back at Diana alarmed)

Ma Chandra exasperated opens the door to step out when the driver returns to the car and sits down with his bag.

MA CHANDRA NURSE(stunned looking at Diana, the driver, back to Diana, then spoke with disbelief)
He brought blender tops from the kitchen to get repaired!
DIANA
(Stared back at her then put her hand to the back of her head, turned her face away and tried not to laugh.)
The car pulled forward and they continued on the way.
DIANA (CONT’D)
(watching the landscape. You know, I was thirsty when I fell and I still haven’t gotten any water. Do you suppose we could stop on the way for water?

MA PREMA What happened?
DIANA
I fell. It was a hard fall. But nothing happened.
MA PREMA No injury?
DIANA
(Palms up Diana expresses amazement)
Nothing, no concussion, no bump, not even a bruise. It’s like it didn’t happen.
MA PREMA
This is what happens here, no consequences to an injury. What were you thinking before it happened?
DIANA
I was waiting, saving a seat and thirsty. I was angry I wasn’t getting what I wanted. This isn’t the first time something happened when I was angry. The last time I broke my toe.
MA PREMA
Once I swung my arm and banged it into a metal door here. It was so loud everyone came running. But no injury, not even a bruise.
DIANA
(listened quietly, thoughtfully)
MA PREMA
In this dimension we don’t suffer the consequences of our negative beliefs.
DIANA
(slowly speaking soberly and reflectively) People suffer greatly out there with their beliefs. And over a long time, sometimes years.
MA PREMA
Not here. Time is condensed into the now. You have power over time.
Diana stared at her then slowly looked away looking lost. The 9 year old autistic girl quietly dances through the hall headed to her father. She’s smiling, mature, at peace looking serene.
DIANA
(her eyes follow the child then she smiles)
She’s much better
MA PREMA
(gently) Yes, she is
Diana stood reflectively watching the child as she joins her father.
DIANA
This is a different world.
MA PREMA
(nodded while speaking)
It’s another dimension
DIANA
(soberly)
Why don’t people know about this blissful dimension where suffering and struggle doesn’t happen or just goes away?
MA PREMA
(quietly while looking at Diana, then smiling)
It has to be experienced. They don’t always trust what they’re taught. They must experience it.

How was your re entry into the real world?
DIANA
(hesitant, haltingly) Real World? Well, I
Diana starts to sob gasping for her breath, places her hand on heart.
BOB
(shocked, glancing at Diana, back at road then back to Diana What’s wrong?
DIANA
(between sobs)
I heard two ladies talking about a relative with Alzheimer's. It reminded me of my Aunt who can’t even remember her address.
BOB
(casually, tilting his hand on the steering wheel)
I know. Alzheimer's is terrible but it happens.
DIANA
(Firmly)
It doesn’t have to happen
BOB
(shrugs indifferently) In this world it does. Many people get it.
DIANA
(staring ahead then deliberately)
Why does anyone want to live in this world?
EXT. ENTERING COHOUSING COMMUNITY AFTERNOON
Diana walks down the sidewalk in the courtyard. Bob behind rolling the suitcase. Diana comes to a stop, Bob stops and they both stare at the courtyard gardens.
DIANA
Everything looks like I left it. It’s beautiful here.
BOB
(softly and thoughtfully) It’s been waiting for you.
DIANA
(yawns and sighs)
I’m tired. I’ve been awake for two days. I think we should move.
BOB
(chokes with half of a laugh)
We’ve talked about that before.
DIANA
(nodding with her jaw set) Life is Now.
DIANA (CONT’D)(pausing and looking around)
I can’t delay anymore. Let’s move!
EXT Townhome Nashville Subdivision Morning
Movers are unloading Truck at curb. Diana is looking through the window watching them. Bob is pointing upstairs to a mover
DIANA
This feels good but it’s strange.
BOB
What’s strange about it?
DIANA
I spent years inspiring people to move from the suburbs to the city. Now here I am in the suburbs.
BOB
They are there and you are here.
DIANA
(standing in an empty room watching out the window. Then turns to the door as the movers start through with a chest)
Frankly I don’t know where I am but here’s my furniture! BOB
Bob is standing in the middle of the room, looks around, down and looks overwhelmed and tired. He glances at the box in his hand as if to do something with it.
Finally he steps over to Diana to hand her the small box.
BOB (CONT’D)
(with a charming suggestive smile) Here unpacks this.
Diana takes the box.
BOB (CONT’D) Maybe you can organize the neighborhood like you did in Germantown.
DIANA
(Diana looks down at the box thoughtfully)
I have a lot to unpack.
Then glances up at Bob.
No, I’m so finished with the past. I’m ready for something new.
BOB
Well, I saw on facebook a cool person living in this community you might want to meet.
INT TOWNHOME LIVING ROOM AFTERNOON
Doorbell is ringing. Diana walks through the living room with a phone in hand to the door to open it.
DIANA
Reaching her hand to receive a package.
Thank you
Closes the door
BOB
(Appears from upstairs) Who was that?
DIANA
(waves at him with the package while still with the phone to her ear)
Yes
DIANA (CONT’D)(Whispering and waving the package at Bob) A package for you.
DIANA (CONT’D)Yes, Mr. Singh
Suddenly Diana holds the phone out away from her ear with shouting at the other end.
BOB What’s up?
Bob lifts his hands
DIANA
(shakes her head at him and frowns)
No, Mr. Singh, we can’t.
Then rolls her eyes. With the phone away from her head again.
BOB
(laughs)
DIANA
No, Mr. Singh, the buyer will not approve this.
(Pause)
DIANA (CONT’D) Okay, thank you. The buyer will respond soon.
Diana hangs up the phone and looks at Bob intensely with a frown.
BOB
Sounds like he was screaming at you!
DIANA He was!
BOB
Why do Indian men negotiate with American women by screaming?
DIANA
Good question! I’ll google it and find out.
Diana taps into her phone then laughs at the screen
DIANA (CONT’D)It says Indian men screams at American women in negotiations to intimidate them.
Then she laughs with mouth dropping open.
BOB
(laughs)
Hey, you can handle it. You’re an expert in real estate land sales. You’re outstanding in your field.
With a big grin
(BOB, DIANA)
DIANA
Stop it! You songwriters and your words!
She throws the package at him.
DIANA (CONT’D)Something for your guitar
BOB
(catches it laughing)
EXT. OUTSIDE PATIO EVENING
Diana is standing quietly outside hugging a wrap around her shoulders looking up at the stars. Bob steps out to her side.
BOB
(whispers) Where are you?
Silence
BOB (CONT’D)
It feels like you didn’t come back.
DIANA I don’t know.
BOB
You’re not here.
DIANA
I’m not there either.
BOB
You haven’t really been here since you came back.
DIANA
I experienced another dimension. A blissful state. I’ve seen time stoop. A new reality start instantly. I’ve seen children healed. There was so much bliss.
BOB
Hey you can have bliss anywhere. Here, there what does it matter?
DIANA
(Looking up searching in the sky then reflectively)
I can’t describe it. You would have to experience it. I just want to return to that higher place.
BOB
Then reach for the stars!
Diana turns and looks at him.
INT. RESTAURANT NOON
Diana sitting at a restaurant booth across from Radha, an Indian woman, brown skin, dark shoulder length hair. Dressed in casual Indian/American tunic.
DIANA
Thank you for having lunch with me.
RADHA
So happy to Diana. I just returned from India a few days ago. It was a long trip.
DIANA
I know. I remember.
They pick up the menus and start searching.
DIANA (CONT’D) Why do you go back. The Temple here is so beautiful.
RADHA
I visit family. And visiting an ashram in India is a deeper experience for me then here.
DIANA
(looks away thoughtfully and then back)
DIANA (CONT’D) Yes, I see that. I’m trying to decide about following the teachings of this guru.
RADHA
Gurus can be very powerful.
DIANA
This one has a real reputation and has been persecuted by international people. They say he has been sexually abusive.
RADHA
(nods her head, looks down thoughtfully)
DIANA
(looks away then speaks quietly)
You know when I was in college and attended class I didn’t ask before class if the teacher had sex with someone else the night before. I didn’t care.
They both smile quietly at one another.
RADHA
You can never know yourself but you can know here.
Radha places her hand on her heart.
RADHA (CONT’D)(with emphasis)
Judge only with your heart and when you experience growth in your consciousness know that this is right for you. It’s about you. Not about anyone else.
The waiter arrived at the table and they both turned to him.
INT. TOWNHOME KITCHEN LATE AFTERNOON
Phone rings Diana picks it up
DIANA
Hello? Yes? Pasta would be great from Coco’s Italian Market. Yes!
Silence
DIANA (CONT’D) Wait! I’m not supposed to eat wheat. The autoimmune issue, you know.
Silence
DIANA (CONT’D) Alright, bring it on! One more time won’t hurt.
INT. DINING TABLE EVENING
Bob and Diana sitting down at the table with utensils. Opening the carry out food and starting to eat.
DIANA
Mmmm, so good. I am not supposed to eat pasta according to my diet. It has lectins. But this is so good.
BOB
Maybe it won’t hurt this one time?
DIANA
Yes, but I ate some last month and I had chest pains. Not sure why.
She started eating.
INT. BEDROOM EARLY HOURS
Dark with a slight light from a nite light, the clock on the bedside table shows in bright orange letters 2:30 am. Both Bob and Diana asleep in bed.
DIANA
(Turning over and laying her hand on her chest as she awakens with a start)
Frowning she clutches her chest then flinches. Raising up still holding her hand on her chest. She swings her feet over the bed to sit up.
Turning to look at Bob asleep then quietly rising from the bed to walk carefully to the restroom.
INT BATHROOM EARLY HOURS
DIANA
(stands looking in the mirror with her hand clutching her chest and a deep frown of distress on her face. )
Wiping sweat from her forehead she stands uncertain with distress. Desperately, she turns to the closet door and lays down on the closet carpeted floor.
Rolling back and forth still clutching her night shirt with her hand she stares up into space.
DIANA (CONT’D)
Help me, God. Help me Swamiji.
She lay silently.
A VOICE
(Subtle, quiet, firm inner voice)
You are being stoic.
DIANA
(Diana stares at the ceiling looking around to find the voice, confused.)
INT. BEDROOM EARLY HOURS
The bedroom is silent, dark, Bob lays sleeping. The clock on the bedstand changes from 2:35 to 2:36 am.
INT. BEDROOM CLOSET EARLY HOURS
Diana lays on the carpet still clutching her chest, sweat pouring off her face.
DIANA
(whispering softly to herself)
I need to vomit, maybe that will help.
A VOICE
(deliberately, firmly, commanding)
Don’t. Push. It.
DIANA
(stared at the ceiling, blinked in surprise then closed her eyes in surrender, She continued to clutch her chest, distressed.
Lying on the floor she quietly went into a surreal space of nothing with closed eyes and a pained look. She opened her eyes in relief. Looking alert she breathed a sigh of relief
Quietly, cautiously she turned to the side, lifted her self into a seating position then grasped the door to pull herself up. Breathing with relief she slowly walked out of the closet through the bathroom and into the bedroom to lie down quietly.
INT. BEDROOM EARLY HOURS The clock showed 2:40 am.
BOB
Turned over and put his hand on her shoulder then raised up in alarm.
You’re soaken wet. Are you okay?
DIANA
Jumped out of bed and shot to the bathroom just in time to vomit. The toilet is flushed.
BOB
What is it? Did you get food poisoning?
DIANA
Walking back into the bedroom to get back in bed. I don’t know but I am so weak. I just want to sleep.
INT. KITCHEN MORNING.
Diana walks into the kitchen in her robe. Bob turns from the stove as something is sizzling.
BOB
Want something to eat?
DIANA
Never. I just need to rest.
She turns to leave the kitchen and go to the living room to lie down.
BOB
You must’ve gotten food poisoning from what we ate last night.
DIANA
I think I’ll call Anthony and see if he’ll bring my light therapy machine back here. It always gives me more energy.
BOB
You need to go to a doctor. I go to doctors regularly. You never see one.
DIANA
Laid down closed her eyes to sleep.
INT LIVING ROOM AFTERNOON
Diana is lying on the sofa asleep. The doorbell rings. Bob walks through to answer the door.
BOB
Hey man, glad you could make it over.
ANTHONY
(steps inside with a case) What’s up?
BOB
Your mom’s sick. I think she got food poisoning from what we ate.
ANTHONY Hey Mom!
DIANA
Hi Anthony, thanks for bringing that back.
Anthony sits down in a chair facing the sofa to look at his mom. Bob hovers around him.
ANTHONY
You don’t look well.
BOB
She needs to go to the doctor.
DIANA
I’ll go tomorrow.
ANTHONY
(startled with a worried frown.)
It looks like you need to go to the emergency room. You’re falling asleep in front of me.
Diana picks up her phone and punches into google chest pains and vomiting.
DIANA
(startled)
It says You’re having a heart attack.
She turns the phone toward Anthony. Bright Orange words flashed on the screen.
You’re having a heart attack.
DIANA (CONT’D)I guess I do need to go to the emergency room. I’ll go take a shower and get ready.
INT. INSIDE CAR DRIVING HOSPITAL ENTRANCE LATE AFTERNOON
BOB
Do you want me to take you to the door or park and we walk in?
DIANA The door.
INT. EMERGENCY ROOM LATE AFTERNOON.
Diana walks up to the counter where a young woman speaks quickly.
CHECK IN NURSE
What are you’re symptoms?
DIANA
Chest pains and vomiting.
CHECK IN NURSE Sit here!
She snapped her fingers pointing to the chair beside her.
Diana sat down.
CHECK IN NURSE (CONT’D) Give me your name and birthdate.
DIANA
Diana Sullivan 5-20-1965
CHECK IN NURSE You’re in the system.
She pushed a button and an announcement vibrated through the emergency room announcing Triage, Triage.
Diana straightened and looked at everyone across the room who also straightened up in their chairs looking at her. A man in scrubs stepped through the door reached out to Diana
EMERGENCY ROOM ATTENDANT Can you walk?
DIANA Yes
EMERGENCY ROOM ATTENDANT We can be mobilized in 30 minutes from all over the city. You’re going into surgery.
Bob was suddenly behind Diana walking through the door.
BOB
What’s going on? What is this?
INT ICU ROOM MIDDAY
Doctor walks through the door into the room to stand at the end of the hospital bed as he reviews the chart.
DR. PATEL
Well, let’s see. You had a massive heart attack. We call it the widow maker.
He glanced at Diana sitting up in bed.
DR. PATEL (CONT’D) You look better than you did when you came in. Why did it take you 16 hours to get here after the attack?
DIANA
I don’t know. I just didn’t think about it.
DR. PATEL.
We put in one stent in the back LAD a main artery. It needs to function at between 50 and 75%. Right now it’s at 27%. You were at 22% when you came in. With it as late as it was we can hope for 35% functioning.
DIANA
(stared at him thoughtfully.) What caused it?
DR. PATEL
If we knew that we’d solve all heart attacks.
DIANA
I have an autoimmune disorder, allergies to food. I think it was something I ate.
DR. PATEL
(chuckled)
If it was something people ate every barbecue they went to they’d have a heart attack.
He glanced back down at the chart.
DIANA
(stared at him with a frown on her face then slowly spoke)
When my mom had her heart attack they were at a bluegrass festival in Kentucky.
She paused staring at him with a frown on her face.
DIANA (CONT’D) They left the stage and walked to the tent for lunch where she started eating and then had a heart attack.
They always serve barbecue at those festivals.
Dr. Patel was standing with the chart in his hand and reviewing a second page lost in thought. He dropped the page looking directly at her.
DR. PATEL
I’m calling in seven prescriptions. I want you to start on them. We’ll address the cholesterol, blood pressure, there’s a blood thinner. Take these and we hope for improvement.
DIANA
(stared back at him, confused.)
Is there no cure for heart disease?
DR. PATEL
If we had one we’d all be happy. Best to take your medicine, eat right, do cardio exercise.
DIANA
(stared out the window)
DR. PATEL
I’m going to release you. You’re better off at home with all that’s happening in the hospital with Covid these days. I’ll see you in my office in two weeks.
He walked out of the room.
Diana stared at the closed door.
INT. BEDROOM AT HOME EVENING
Diana is standing at the bathroom door looking at where she had been last. Bob is standing in the bedroom.
BOB
Okay, looks like you’re settled. Checking out of a hospital is an ordeal. I’ll go pick up your medicine. Where is it?
DIANA
I’m not going to take the medicine.
BOB What?
DIANA
(slowly and deliberately)
I’m. Not. Taking. The medicine.
BOB
(looking horrified with clenched teeth) Why not?
DIANA
I want to go to my naturopath doctor and I don’t want to take something that will interfere with a full recovery.
BOB
But you have to listen to the cardiologist. He did the surgery.
You need it now.
(looks down)
I’ve been through this before. My naturopath has cures. The allopathic doctors have drugs. I recovered from a major disease.
BOB
It doesn’t matter you can have many doctors. You’ll need them. Just take your medicine!
DIANA
You don’t understand. It’s all about money. All they offer is drugs. There are better options. Plus, I watched my mother, my father even my children suffer from the traditional medical field who had no cure. But cures can be found. I know. I found them. The system tried to block us from getting what we needed.
BOB
(pleading)
Look just take your medicine. I’ll go get it right now.
DIANA
(sat down on the bed, tired,)
I want to see my naturopath doctor. He’s in Alabama where he had to move to practice since Tennessee changed the laws to prevent him from practicing cures.
BOB
(clinched his fists standing in the doorway) You’re out of your mind. Driving all the way.
He paused, took a deep breath and with fists clenched and a slightly red face started again.
BOB (CONT’D) If you don’t take your medicine you’re going to die!
Diana stared back at him. Breathing fast with a frown on her face of determination. Then letting go of her breath she glanced up at the ceiling and relaxed.
DIANA
(softly above a whisper) It’s okay if I die.
DIANA (CONT’D) I’ve already faced death. It’s okay.
Diana stared at Bob with a peaceful acceptance and half of a smile. Bob dropped his fists and shoulders in surrender.
BOB
(abruptly)
Okay, get an appointment I will take you there in the morning.
INT. NATUROPATH CLINIC NOON
Dr. Randall meets Diana as she starts back to his office.
DR. RANDALL
Diana what has happened? A heart attack?
DIANA
(following him into his office where he waves at a chair across from his desk. She sits down)
I ate something I shouldn’t have. I ate pasta.
DR RANDALL
Let’s see here. You were on a diet for allergies.
DIANA
Yes, I got tired of it and went off of it. I ate pasta a month before that and had chest pains. This time it was a heart attack.
DR. RANDALL
Okay, I have your records here from the hospital that you were able to get forwarded.
I don’t know how that happened. When I called, the records office gave me a hassle since you weren’t in their system.
DR. RANDALL They came in this morning right before you arrived. Here put your hands on this monitor while we measure deficiencies in the body and what’s happening.
DR. RANDALL (CONT’D) Did you know while you were in the hospital your red and white blood cells were both elevated?
DIANA
(shrugged and shook her head)
No one mentioned it.
DR. RANDALL That’s an indication of an infection. You have a viral infection.
DIANA
(stared at him then took her hands off the monitor after it beeped)
DR. RANDALL The coxasackie parasite attacks the heart. That may have been what happened.
DIANA I thought it might be the food I ate. You know, my allergies to lectins in the food. Pasta has plenty.
DR. RANDALL It could have been both, autoimmune reaction and the parasite fueled by the lectins in the pasta.
DIANA
(grimaced, sucking in her breath)
DR. RANDALL I will give you a supplemental cleanse to remove any of the coxasackie parasites that are in the body. That should take care of it.
DIANA
Okay
DR. RANDALLLet’s do a blood test right now and you gave the urine sample. I’ll be back.
He stuck her finger, took a sample and walked out of the room. Diana looked around the room at his plaques on the walls. He returned shortly.
DR. RANDALL (CONT’D) It looks like your body is already attempting to repair tissue damage. The Ketones at 1.7 Indicating it’s starting. We need to get the ketones in your body up to over 4 And keep it there.
DIANA How?
DR. RANDALLYou remember, we use the diet. You have to keep your PH levels at 7.2 So cutting out all sugar, dairy, processed foods and measuring your
PH level regularly to keep it up. Then you need to take this schedule and add the quantities' of minerals, enzymes and good fats.
DIANA
Yes, I did something like this years ago when I got so much healthier.
DR. RANDALLRight, that was a lot of cleansing. Now, it needs to be the supplements with minerals, the juicing with quantities of enzymes and I’ll give you a list of all the oils you’ll need to take.
(flinching)
What is this going to do?
Dr. Randall looked at her then reached into a desk drawer and pulled two trays with large photos of heart tests laying in them on the desk in front of Diana.
DR. RANDALL
Last year, a guy came to me who had a major heart attack with so much damage and the doctors would not do open heart surgery. He asked me if I could help him repair his heart well enough to get surgery.
DIANA
(curiously) What happened?
DR. RANDALL
I told him we would work on it. He went on this diet to increase ketones in the body to grow new heart tissue. Look here. This is where his heart was failing. This is it after he spent 4 months on the diet.
DIANA
Wow, it looks a lot better. The arteries and veins are clearer.
DR. RANDALL
(nodding his head affirmatively) Right.
DIANA
So, did he need to get the open heart surgery then?
DR. RANDALL
He went back to his cardiologist and they did this scan and there was no need for a surgery. His heart was perfectly fine.
They both laughed.
DR. RANDALL (CONT’D) So, get on the schedule. I’ll send you with a list of foods and the supplements.
DR. RANDALL (CONT’D) It’s real work and requires a real commitment for the next four months.Check back with me in a month. You can grow new heart tissue. That’s our goal.
DIANA
(laughs with a thumbs up) I can do this.
INT KITCHEN EARLY AFTERNOON
Bob is flipping a pancake at the stove, singing. Diana walks in.
BOB
(stops singing and looks at her)
Remember when you woke from surgery and said you wanted to move to Florida?
DIANA No.
BOB
Well I’m looking for a house to airbnb in Florida and later move there. Want to move with me?
DIANA Hmmm, maybe.
BOB
You seem like you’re doing well now.
DIANA
I am. Blood pressure good. No chest pains, breathing good. I can even meet with a client once a day. I just get really tired fast.
BOB
Do you think the naturopath’s diet is working?
DIANA
Something is working but I am tired of drinking so much juice and all of that oil is a bit much, but, whatever.
She shrugged her shoulders.
BOB
Got any deals going?
DIANA
Maybe. One is a land deal.
BOB
Well, if anyone knows alot about a lot a realtor does.
DIANA
(Diana laughs then places her hand on heart)
I know one thing. The most valuable piece of real estate I own is right here. My consciousness.
Diana smiles standing with her hand on her heart then turns leaving the kitchen. Stopping at the entrance of the living room around the corner the TV was on the local newscast.
THE ANNOUNCER ON TV With Covid now increasing across the nation the President is holding a press conference about the vaccines.
DIANA
(stopped, staring at the announcer, frowning)
BOB
(yelling from the kitchen)
Oh, I wanted to let you know, Daniel is coming the first of the month. Is that okay with you?
DIANA
(staring at the TV with a frown)
Yes
BOB
He’s having surgery and needs a month to recuperate.
DIANA
(standing watching the TV) That’s fine. Your youngest son is cool. And we have an extra bedroom.
Bob appears at her side to watch the TV as it continues about the number of increasing number of deaths.
DIANA (CONT’D)
Too bad they don’t announce immune building protocols to stop the deaths.
BOB
(snorted in disbelief, shaking his head)
It’s real. My aunt Sue just died last week in a hospital. The first case in the area.
DIANA
(shaking her head with determination, closing her eyes, flinching)
Too bad she didn’t have life saving information.
BOB
It’s a pandemic! And it’s getting closer.
Watching Diana he takes a step backwards.
DIANA
(Watching Bob and turning away from the TV)
I’m going for a walk with Jill.
BOB
I’m glad you met her here in the neighborhood. You might want to wear a mask.
DIANA
(rolls her eyes and walks away.)
EXT. SIDEWALK OF TOWNHOME COMMUNITY NOON
Diana and Jill meet at the corner. Jill is a shorter woman with short cropped and graying hair and a big smile on her face.
JILL Ready?
DIANA
Always. Cardio is on my list of things to do.
They started down the street a slow, steady walk.
DIANA (CONT’D) How long have you lived in this neighborho0d?
JILL
What is time but a linear assortment of moments.
Diana glanced at Jill her eyes widening.
JILL (CONT’D)(shrugged and laughed) Maybe 2 years? I’m retired. Came here from Texas.
DIANA
Are you from here?
JILL
I taught school in Tennessee, yes, lived here for years. When my husband Joe and I divorced I took my only son Jon with me. When he became an adult and married I traveled on my own. He’s now in Chicago.
DIANA
Why are you not living there with him.
JILL
He’s married with a child. They are doing wonderfully. And don’t need me around. I visit every few months but that’s all the visits needed.
Jill shrugged her shoulders, smiling broadly displaying a confidence with a light step.
DIANA
I understand. I have three sons, two married and a couple of grandchildren with another on the way. They’re all doing great! And don’t need me. And I don’t want to smother them by hanging around!
JILL
I got it. I’ve been a free spirit for years now going and coming when spirit leads me.
DIANA
Bob’s son is visiting us next week for a month.
JILL
(lifts her eyebrows to look at Diana)
DIANA
He won’t be any problem. We have an extra bedroom upstairs and he’s in the army, a very respectful young man.
JILL
(remains silent, nodding) Diana turned to her with a big smile.
DIANA
What a delight to know you and right here in the neighborhood.
JILL
I do what’s right for myself and stay true to my own inner voice. Do you want to go on to the stop sign?
DIANA
Sure but I do need to stop there. I’m out of breath. Still recovering from the heart failure.
JILL
Sounds like you need to do what your heart desires!
Diana blinked and stopped at the sign looking up at it then back at Jill curiously.
DIANAMy heart desires to write. And to explore ancient yogi traditions. And to be in bliss.
JILLWhoa! I’ve done that most of my life followed my desire to expand and know more of the spiritual paths. And I’m writing a book right now.
DIANAReally? I wrote a book too about my interests on consciousness.
JILLYes! That’s what I’m doing. It’s about my family. I discovered as an adult the rejection I felt from my grand father was related to the death of a child he had when she was around 4 years old. Her name was Otilia. I reminded him of her. And guess what?
DIANA(excited and curious) What?
JILLI am that child. I was the child that died and was reincarnated back in the family. I reminded my grandfather of her and he was pained because he thought he had lost Otilia!
DIANA What???
Diana stops suddenly looks at Jill.
DIANA (CONT’D) Seriously?
Jill nods her head affirmatively
DIANA (CONT’D)(in shock, speaking with wonder)
Few people are awakened to the truth of reincarnation.
(MORE)DIANA (CONT’D) Finally, someone to talk to about what I’m learning.
JILL
(laughs, they keep walking their voices float down the street as they continue to talk.}
DIANA
(with dismay)
People are so unconscious not knowing the history of the world and even their own power.
JILL
(laughs and shakes her head)
People stop themselves from awakening. Some people just aren’t ready to wake up. And it can’t be forced. When they’re ready, they will.
DIANA
Here’s a stop sign near our home. I need to stop to get my breath again.
INT TOWNHOME LIVING ROOM AFTERNOON
Diana is sitting in a chair. Bob walks through the door. Daniel is limping with a bandaged foot on crutches. A muscular, 21 year old with the army’s short cropped hair.
DIANA
(jumps up to hug him) How are you?
DANIEL
Oh, the surgery was interesting but I’m fine now. Just sore. How about you?
DIANA
Getting better. I’m recovering. You Must have good conversations with your doctors since you’re in the medical field with the army.
DANIEL
Ehh, I know the questions to ask.
Daniel leaned up against the door facing.
DANIEL (CONT’D)Taking your heart medicine?
DIANA
Nope. Doing my own thing.
BOB She’s gone rogue on the cardiologist.
DANIEL
(raises his eyebrows)
DIANA
(laughs) I feel fine. No chest pain, no problem with breathing. No fluid build up. Just have to be cautious.
(she shrugs her shoulders)
DANIEL
(frowns)
Never heard of that. The protocols of statins and other drugs are always prescribed.
DIANA
I know you’re in the medical field. They all say that. Must take your drugs. Next week they’ll decide they aren’t good for you.
(She mimics the recommendation)
DANIEL
I need to lie down.
BOB
Into the guest bedroom.
(Bob waves him forward)
DANIEL
After the anthestic and then the covid shot I need to chill.
Daniel leaves the room and Diana watches him as he leaves then looks at Bob.
DIANA
(whispering looking at Bob)
He took the shot?
BOB
The army requires it.
He paused.
BOB (CONT’D)
I’ve decided to take it too.
DIANA What? Why?
BOB
The virus is a bad thing. They say the shot is safe.
DIANA
(exasperated)
They are the same ones who were fined billions of dollars for lying. Why would you do it? It’s an experiment. You’ve always leaned toward natural medicine.
BOB
(stared at Diana thoughtfully, spoke softly)
My aunt Sue died of Covid. I’ve decided the risk is worth it. When Daniel gets his second shot in two weeks I’ll get the first one.
Bob walked out of the room while Diana stood there watching him.
INT. TOWNHOME LIVING ROOM MORNING
Diana is sitting in a chair slumped down. Bob walks into the room.
BOB
Daniel and I are having pancakes. Want to join us?
DIANA
I can’t eat pancakes.
BOB
Well fruit, your minerals and vegetable juices. You know. What you’re doing for your heart.
DIANA
It’s not working. It’s stopped working. I am getting worse.
Diana took a deep breath and released it with a sigh as she leaned her head against the back of the chair.
BOB
What’s up? You need to take your medicine.
DIANA
I’ve been fine without it but suddenly the diet is not working and all the supplements to build tissue. I don’t think I’m even digesting them. I’m getting worse.
Daniel is standing in the doorway on his crutches.
DANIEL
Do we need to get an ambulance?
DIANA
No. Can an ambulance even get here? The snow and ice is increasing.
Diana waved toward the window.
DIANA (CONT’D) It’s freezing outside. We’re stuck inside. The heat runs constantly. And I’m getting worse. My chest is hurting now and I can’t breathe well.
She pressed her hand on her chest and took a deep labored breath.
BOB
We’re going to brave it tomorrow. We’re going to Vanderbilt tomorrow to get Daniel’s stitches out.
DANIEL
I need to get the second pfizer shot too.
BOB
Oh yeah. I’m getting my first.
Diana stared at them both as Bob walked out of the room with Daniel behind him on crutches. She propped her elbow on the arm and leaned her forehead on her hand, tired.
INT LIVING ROOM TOWNHOME AFTERNOON
Bob and Daniel enter the living room, closing the door. Diana is sitting in the chair head back watching them.
Bob leaves his cap on a table nearby.
BOB
Well that’s done.
DANIEL
(sticks out his foot) Stitches are out. Two more weeks and I’ll be back on it and out of here.
Daniel claps his hands with one hand shooting forward signifying forward motion.
BOB
And your finished with your covid shots. I have one more to go.
DANIEL
(laughing)
You should’ve seen him. Right afterwards he didn’t know where he was.
Daniel gave Bob a gentle shove on his arm.
BOB
Ouch! That’s my sore arm.
Diana silently stared at the two with a frown, tired with no effort to speak.
DIANA
(Taking a deep breath and weakly)
I need to go see my doctor. The naturopath.
BOB
Get an appointment and I’ll take you there this week.
INT. NATUROPATH CLINIC NOON
Dr. Rawdon meets Diana as she slowly walks toward him cautiously, a frown and breathing carefully.
DR. RANDALLSit here and let’s test you.
Diana placed her hands on the two handles for a scan.
DR. RANDALL (CONT’D) What’s happening?
DIANA
I don’t know. I feel terrible. I am filling up with fluid.
DR. RANDALLAre you still on the diet?
DIANA
Yes, but it’s going straight through me and I’m not hungry.
DR RANDALL It’s showing you’re having histamine reactions.
He glances at her looking closely.
DR. RANDALL You’re eating something causing these reactions?
DIANA
No-o-o, only the diet. I’m eating nothing wrong for me.
DR. RANDALL(Looking concerned) This is caused in the parasympathetic nerve system. It’s emotional. What’s happening in your life right now to cause stress?
Diana sets her head on her hand exhausted.
DIANA
Nothing any different then before. We have a guest, Bob’s son but he’s no stress for me.
Diana shakes her head weakly
DR. RANDALL
This can’t continue. It’s an attack against the heart. Too much stress. You’re heart’s weak and the stress has to stop.
DIANA
I don’t know what to do.
Desperately Diana looks away, searching the room.
DR. RANDALL
I can give you a supplement that will reduce the stress some but it’s not enough. It has to stop. Something has to change.
Diana put her head back in her hands with her elbows propped on the desk.
DIANA
If I knew what to do I would do it.
Shaking her head hopelessly.
INT. LIVING ROOM TOWNHOME MORNING
Daniel is walking to the door. Bob is carrying a duffel bag by his side. He turns to Diana with his hands out.
DIANA
(stands up to give him a hug)
Be well. Stay safe.
DANIEL
(Looks at her carefully) You be well.
DIANA I’m trying.
Daniel goes on out the door with Bob.
DIANA (CONT’D)Leave the door open. It looks like a sunny day. Maybe fresh air will help.
Bob comes back in and leaves the door open while he stands there looking out.
BOB
He should be okay driving now back to the army base with that foot.
DIANA
He’s young, 21 and tough.
BOB
Are you going to cardio rehab today?
DIANA
I haven’t been for awhile. My heart beat races over 100 beats per minute and they make me sit. What good is that?
BOB
Sounds like too much stress on your heart.
DIANA
(Looks up at the ceiling and shakes her head in aggravation)
EXT. TOWNHOME FRONT PORCH AFTERNOON
Diana is sitting on the porch dressed with tennis shoes. Bob walks up from the driveway.
BOB
You look like you feel better.
DIANA
Just got back from ‘trying’ to walk with Jill. I do feel better. I am not sure why. Since Daniel left I started feeling better.
BOB
It wasn’t Daniel causing you stress was it?
DIANA
(adamantly, shaking her head)
No, he was no hassle. I don’t know what it was but immediately after he left the histamine attacks stopped.
Diana put her hand on her upper stomach.
BOB
(stopped with one foot on the step to the porch) I just got back from getting my second vaccine.
Bob proceeded onto the porch and through the front door with a small bag of groceries.
Diana stood up and followed him through the door.
DIANA Wonderful!
Bob sat the bag on the counter.
BOB
I got a call from the decorators working on the house in Florida.
DIANA
I forgot to ask, how is it going?
BOB
(complaining)
They recommend the wrong color of paint. I don’t like a chair they chose. They are aggravating me.
DIANA
Why do you care about what color if it’s to rent for airbnb? You can always change the color when you decide to move there.
Diana stared at him leaning against the counter.
Bob shrugged his shoulders and placed a carton of milk in the refrigerator.
DIANA (CONT’D)
(slowly and thoughtfully) I think you should tell them no renting it out, you will just use it for yourself.
BOB
(Stared at her suddenly alert)
You might be right. I do like that idea better.
Diana turned and disappeared into the bedroom. Seconds later she reappeared with her hand between her chest and stomach.
DIANA
I don’t know what’s happening. I’m feeling stressed again.
BOB
(pouring water in the coffee maker) What’s up?
DIANA
I don’t know. It’s like these histamine reactions just started up again. They’ve been gone for two weeks since Daniel left. Now they’re back.
BOB
(frowning)
When do you see your cardiologist again?
DIANA
Tomorrow. But what good is that?
BOB
Tell him what’s happening.
DIANA
Like what good that will do. It’s stress in my body.
Diana stands there one hand on her lower chest the other leaning against the counter. She turns, walks toward the bedroom then turns back at the door leaning against the frame.
DIANA (CONT’D) I have too much stress. Even when we talk it feels stressful! Move into the other bedroom. I need space.
Bob stared back at her without a word.
INT CARDIOLOGIST’S EXAMING ROOM MORNING
Diana is sitting on the examining table, the nurse closes the chart and before leaving the room announces.
NURSE
Dr Patel will be right in
Diana sits on the examining table and waits.
Few minutes later, the doctor enters the room with a chart in his hands.
DR. PATEL How are you?
He stares at the chart with a frown.
DIANA Not good.
DR. PATEL You’re having chest pains, exhaustion, out of breath, fluid build up.
He looks up.
DR. PATEL (CONT’D) And you’re not taking your medicine.
DIANA
I have an autoimmune disorder causing this.
DR. PATEL
Well I don’t know about that. But this is about your heart.
DIANA
Every time I ask what does a drug do I am told it lowers my blood pressure. I already have low blood pressure.
DR. PATEL
Then we can reduce the medicine.
DIANA
If reducing it reduces any effects then why take it?
DIANA (CONT’D)
It’s for cholesterol and blood pressure and I don’t have high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
DR. PATEL
He looked impatient then glanced at his watch. Took a deep breath, let it out slowly.
DR. PATEL.
The drug recommendations are the industry standard.
DIANA
But they’ve already withdrawn some of them. Statins. For bad side effects.
DR. PATEL
Look
He looked down searching for words. Then with measured words an emphasis on each of them.
DR. PATEL (CONT’D) If. you don’t. take. these drugs. you’re going. to die.
Diana stared at him then dropped her head to look at her hands in her lap. Silence in the room.
Then taking a deep breath and in a resolute, monotone voice.
DIANA
I’m not afraid of dying.
Doctor turns, marches to the door and turns standing between her and the door. Takes a deep breath and speaks.
DR. PATEL
I’ve seen patients die of heart failure when the fluid builds up and they can’t breathe. It’s horrible to watch.
He turns and leaves the room. The door closing behind him.
INT. LIVING ROOM TOWNHOME AFTERNOON
Bob walks into the living room. Diana is sitting in the chair her head leaning back against the chair back.
BOB
What did the doctor say?
DIANA
He said I was going to die
Bob let out a long whistle, staring at her with his hands on his hips.
BOB
What did you say?
DIANA I fired him.
BOB Goodness.
Shaking his head.
DIANA
I didn’t tell him. I’m just not going back. I’ll find another cardiologist.
Diana paused. Looked down.
DIANA (CONT’D) If time doesn’t run out.
Bob stands there, head down, a slight frown. Then looks up.
BOB
What are you doing now?
Diana stared at him as if she couldn’t understand what he said.
DIANA
(putting her hand on her upper stomach and taking a deep breath)
I’m going for a walk with Jill. Get out of this stressful place. If I can.
EXT. AT SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF TOWNHOME LATE AFTERNOON
Diana arrives at the sidewalk to meet Jill
DIANA
Thanks for meeting me this late today.
JILL
(watching Diana with a frown)
You don’t sound good.
DIANA
Chest pain. It feels like a rock sitting here on my chest. Can’t get my breath. Build up of fluid. Threatening doctor!
They start walking slowly.
DIANA (CONT’D)I can walk but I’ll need to stop. I’m in critical condition.
JILL
(looking down and then back at Diana) What does Bob say?
DIANA
(Shakes her head with helplessness)
I don’t know. He’s making plans to move to Florida.
JILL
You going with him?
DIANA
I don’t know. I can’t think past this moment. My brain’s not getting enough blood right now.
JILL
You were recovering well in January. What’s happened?
DIANA
I don’t know. Histamine reactions that wouldn’t stop? Can we stop for a moment.
They both come to a stop and Diana leans forward, hand on chest and takes a few exhausted breaths.
JILL
That’s the answer to what you’re seeking. You were doing well. Nothing like this. Find the cause of the histamine reactions.
Diana starts walking again and Jill is along side of her like a coach pushing her along.
DIANA
I’ve tried. Doctors don’t know.
JILL
Diana knows. Go back to the time when it started.
DIANA
It was when Daniel came and it lasted for a month until he left then the reactions stopped.
JILL
Uh-huh. Then what happened?
DIANA
The reactions stopped for two weeks. Then started again.
JILL
What is the factor consistent with when Daniel was there and two weeks after he left. What was happening?
Diana came to a stop at the stop sign. Holding her chest to breathe. Looked down then looked at Jill with a frown. Then eyes widened.
DIANA
When Daniel was here he got the vaccine. When he got his second one Bob got one mid February. Two weeks later he left. I was better. I started getting sick again when Bob got his second one.
JILL
(nodding, teeth showing with a grimace in her smile)
Sounds like a correlation.
Diana puts her hand on the Stop sign post, leans her forehead against it. Then speaks.
DIANA
(hopelessly)
My life is over. I don’t know how to go on.
INT TOWNHOME KITCHEN, DINING AREA MORNING
Diana sitting at the table on her laptop staring at the screen, frowning. Bob walks into the kitchen.
BOB
Sleep well last night?
DIANA
I always sleep well. It’s opening my eyes that’s the problem.
BOB
What are you doing now?
DIANA
Opening my eyes.
DIANA (CONT’D)(pausing for a moment) Did you see the email I sent you with the CDC website?
BOB
Yeah I read it. So what?
DIANA
So, what!! It shows the connection with people taking the vaccine and those near them having adverse reactions.
BOB
No, it doesn’t. You can’t have an adverse reaction to someone else taking the shot. Ridiculous.
DIANA
It says so in the study.
BOB
No, they never did the study.
Diana stands up and walks to the counter with an angry look on her face.
DIANA
Exactly! They never did any studies to determine safety!
BOB So, my point.
DIANA
The fact that they included the question of adverse reactions for people through touch or an inhalation space near a vaccinated person shows they expected it to happen.
Silence
DIANA (CONT’D)They named it environmental or occupational adverse reactions!
Bob shook his head and started getting a cup out of the cabinet.
BOB
It just couldn’t be happening here.
DIANA
It did! You both got the vaccine and we were inside a home in the winter with the heat running in each others inhalation space. And getting a hug every once in awhile.
Diana picked up her phone and glanced at it.
BOB
You’re just buying into this misinformation.
Diana slams her phone on the counter. Pointing to her laptop computer on the table.
DIANA Misinformation!
It’s on page 85 of the Pfizer study on the CDC’s website.
BOB
You’re going to break your phone.
DIANA
My heart is broken. My life is broken. Being with you is making me sick!
BOB
You’re in a delusion!
DIANA
You’re in denial!
Diana turned seething, breathing hard and holding her chest.
DIANA (CONT’D) Doesn’t it matter my life is at stake? You don’t want to face what’s happened? My life is at stake and you’re contributing to it!
She stared at him for a moment. Turned, took two steps and then turned back. Pointing at him.
DIANA (CONT’D) If you get another one of those shots, tell me so I can open the windows for fresh air.
Bob throws one hand in the air with a dismissive wave.
BOB
No, not again. Already had two. I’ve decided no boosters.
He shakes his head and rolls his eyes.
INT. LIVING ROOM TOWNHOME MORNING
Diana is sitting in the same chair, straight legs, head against the back, eyes closed. Phone sitting on the arm. It rings.
DIANA
(presses the button, leaves phone there, speaks in the speaker) Hello?
MA PREMA Ma Diana, how are you?
DIANA
(straightens up, tilts her head, pauses)
My doctor says I will die.
MA PREMA Is this what you want?
DIANA Of course, not. I’ve tried everything and nothing works.
MA PREMA Then you can manifest good health with Swamiji’s help.
DIANA How?
MA PREMA All disease comes from our incomplete beliefs. Find your incompletions and complete them then you will be healed.
DIANA I don’t know how. It sounds too simple.
MA PREMA Incompletions are the beliefs not in alignment with the truth, the divine. When you align with divine intelligence you are healed.
DIANA
I know it’s true but it sounds so far away.
MA PREMA Swamiji can help you. When you align with an avatar with the divine intelligence he can heal you.
DIANA
He’s thousands of miles away.
MA PREMA
He will be on the next 21 day Paramashivoham online program, live with the students. Attend it and ask him to heal you. It starts in two days. See you then.
Ma Prema hangs up. Diana drops her head back against the chair and speaks softly to herself.
DIANA
I’ll think about it. I don’t trust anyone; the doctors, Bob, no one. How do I trust a guru?
INT. LIVING ROOM TOWNHOME MORNING
Diana remains in the same position head back against the chair. The phone rings from a friend.
DIANA
(Pushes the button on the speaker phone) Hello?
ANNA
(Middle age, single woman seeking advice)
Hi Diana! How are you?
DIANA
Not good. What do you need?
ANNA
Well, maybe you’ll feel better if we go have lunch?
DIANA
I can’t. I have no energy.
ANNA
I was curious if you could give me some advice about what I’m doing.
DIANA
What are you doing? Fine. Just come by. I am here at home.
ANNA Sure, now?
Diana leans her head back against the chair again.
DIANA I don’t care.
Pausing
DIANA (CONT’D) Maybe we could meditate. I need to spend sometime in meditation. Would you consider?
ANNA
Yes, I like meditating.
INT. LIVING ROOM TOWNHOME NOON
Diana is sitting in the same position. The door is open and glass storm door is visible. Anna arrives at the door and rings the bell. Diana waves her in.
ANNA
Hey! You not feeling well?
DIANA
I’m just dying. I have chest pains, can’t breathe well, slightest stress I maintain fluid around the heart.
ANNA
That’s not good.
Anna slowly sits down on the sofa staring at Diana with a frown.
DIANA
What kind of advice do you want?
ANNA
(shrugs her shoulders) Trying to decide what to do with my life.
DIANA
(stared at her for a moment then looked away)
ANNA
So, I moved here from California, always been a free spirit and now I feel something is missing.
ANNA (CONT’D) And the world is unraveling with all the crazy stuff happening.
DIANA
(nodding) Uh-huh
ANNA
I’m just so aggravated about what’s being done to us.
DIANA
Build a community.
ANNA What??
DIANA
You said something is missing. Build a community around some idea or belief you hold so you won’t be alone.
Anna stared at her with eyebrows up. And a slight smile forming.
DIANNA
I like the idea of forming a community to escape this crazy world we’re in now. It’s so tyrannical!
DIANA
Create one to nurture your soul not fight against something.
ANNA
Yes, but I hate it when people mistreat others and I want to speak up.
DIANA
Can we meditate now?
ANNA
Okay, I like meditation. I traveled through India for a year visiting all the exotic places and Temples.
DIANA By yourself?
Anna nodded.
DIANA (CONT’D)
Wow. Well, I follow this guru from a University that teaches how to travel to other dimensions.
ANNA
Well I’m not traveling with any Guru. I saw what that was like in India.
DIANA
It’s just in meditation.
ANNA
(frowning)
But I’m not in for that type of thing.
DIANA
You said you would meditate. It’s just meditation.
Diana stared at Anna as she briskly moved toward the door.
ANNA
I don’t follow gurus. I do my own thing.
Diana raised her voice slightly alarmed looking at Anna and away.
DIANA
It’s just meditation.
Anna grabbed the glass door handle and the wooden door poised to flee.
ANNA
I don’t give my life away to any guru. I don’t trust them.
DIANA
No one asked you to give your life. Just to do a simple meditation.
Diana looked down, confused.
DIANA (CONT’D)
I guess the fight has left me. I am left with nothing but to surrender.
ANNA
I will fight until my death to live freely.
Diana stared at her intensely.
DIANA
I see you want to fight.
Diana stood up slowly lifting herself out of the chair and started to the door.
ANNA
I don’t give my life to anyone to control me.
Anna stated with agitation then slipped out the glass door as it closed behind her.
DIANA
(stared out the glass door bewildered. Puts her hands on her head, looks up at the ceiling then back at the door.)
She grabs the wooden door and slams it shut with a force. Then speaks to it.
DIANA (CONT’D)
Why is someone teaching you how to breathe giving control to them?
END OF ACT
ACT IIIINT. TOWNHOME KITCHEN & DINING AREA MORNING
Diana is sitting at the table with laptop staring at it. Bob walks into the kitchen to get coffee.
BOB
What’s on your plate this morning?
DIANA
I’ve joined the 21 day online program at the Nithyananda University all day, every day.
From the program music is playing from the laptop, “Take
Ownership of Your Life”
Bob forms an ‘o’ with his mouth and makes a big nod.
BOB
Going there, huh?
DIANA
Going somewhere. Hopefully to learn how to heal. My last hope is a miracle.
Bob adds cream to this coffee. Picks up the cup and takes a drink then leaves the kitchen.
DIANA (CONT’D)Diana types into the chat
DIANA (CONT’D) Swamiji, please heal me from this heart attack.
SWAMIJI
Diana Sullivan, I will heal you.
You must increase love and trust. And learn Guru Bhakti.
Diana stares at the screen.
INT. TOWNHOME KITCHEN & DINING AREA MORNING
Diana stares at the screen while the Archarya announces the consciousness process through completion, bio-chemical and bio-memory. Then introduces Swamiji
ACHARYA
Now Swamiji will join again for this 3rd day’s session.
SWAMIJI
Hinduism explains this whole creation is manifested through meditation, Samadhi. You manifest in Samadhi. Everything happens in Samadhi. I will take you into Samadhi now. Prepare to go into meditation and I will take you there.
DIANA
(sitting still closes her eyes)
Music is playing and quiet is on the laptop as Diana sits still. Suddenly she is sucked down into a dark tunnel, traveling instantly into a completely dark void.
EXT. SMYRNA AIRPORT MID MORNING
Six people are loading into a small private plane.
THE PILOT
You have more luggage? We’re full.
PASSENGER
I couldn’t fit it in I’ll just put it under my feet.
THE PILOT Let’s go!
The last person boards the plane with 5 others and buckles in while the pilot jumps into the pilot’s seat. Then starts the engine closes the door.
THE PILOT (CONT’D) Requesting to be cleared for take off
INT. CONTROL TOWER SMYRNA AIRPORT MID MORNING
AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER You are cleared for takeoff, at 1000 ft. Turn west at a right angle turn.
THE PILOT
(his voice is heard over the speakers)
Roger, climbing to 1000 ft. With a right angle turn westward.
The air traffic controller remains quiet watching the screen as the screen shows a movement then starts flashing.
THE PILOT (CONT’D)(voice coming over the speaker)
Mayday, Mayday!, Mayday! We’re going down.
AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERMayday Aircraft ? This is mayday Smyrna Tower acknowledging your call. We are preparing emergency services. What other assistance is needed?
Silence
AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER (CONT’D) Mayday Aircraft ? Do you read me?
Silence
SECOND AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER I heard.
AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER(He throws his arms in the air, then on his head an leans back)
Oh no, we’ve lost them. They’ve gone down.
He stares at the bleeping screen.
AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER (CONT’D) They were over the lake.
SECOND AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER Besides emergency services I’ll call the corp of engineers. They’ll need divers.
EXT. LAKE MARINA EARLY NOON
Channel 5 is on the scene with cameras and a reporter. Fire trucks are flashing lights. Divers are starting boats.
REPORTER
We’re on the scene right now of a crash of a private airplane which left Smyrna airport in the last 30 minutes on the way to a Florida vacation and are believed to have crashed into the lake. All passengers are not expected to survive but divers are searching now. The six passengers are from a charismatic church in Brentwood with the female pastor, her husband and two other couples who were in the plane.
INT. CHANNEL 5 STUDIO EARLY NOON
NEWSCASTER
Yes, this is devastating news. Some are automatically raising issue of controversy around the pastor that might have brought God’s judgement. Members of the church are devastated. The couples had children that were not with them.
INT. TOWNHOME KITCHEN & DINING AREA MORNING
DIANA
(is sitting with closed eyes when a voice speaks to her)
A VOICE
They chose to go all together to help on the other side.
DIANA
Her eyes flew open, widened as she stared into space. Then looked up at the ceiling fan, held both upper arms and shivered.
SWAMIJI
Stay in meditation.
DIANA
(stared at the screen in shock )
Bob entered the kitchen with his empty coffee mug and poured more.
Diana stared at him. He looked back.
DIANA (CONT’D) I just went into Samadhi, another dimension and realized the airplane crash earlier this year here in Nashville was not an accident. The people boarded the plane with the intent to go all together to the other side and help.
Diana frowns, contemplating.
BOB
Traveling again, huh?
DIANA
To a heavenly dimension. Now I know. What we interpret in this world as heartbreaking is not. It’s just a choice. I think this world is all made up!
Bob raises his cup to her in a toast and walks out of the kitchen.
INT. TOWNHOME KITCHEN & DINING AREA EVENING DAY 17
Diana is lying on the bench at the table then when the Achyarya announces Swamiji to join he raises quickly to look at the laptop screen.
ACHARYA
Let us close our eyes to meditate as we wait for Swamiji.
Music plays as the curtain opens and the guru appears. He nods and quietly holds his hands as if giving a darshan.
SWAMIJI
Higher consciousness states are true. You can have it if you work for it. We are going to meditate. I will channel Daksmurthy, a highly evolved, enlightened being to overcome ego. Close your eyes and let’s meditate in the intense vibrating silence. Whatever You see visually, type it here in the chat.
The music started and Diana sat quietly, eyes closed. Then opens her eyes to look at the screen. LAPTOP SCREEN
She types into the chat words rolling up on the chat screen, “Children playing in rural area with tree limbs blocking some of the view”.
DIANA
She sits quietly eyes closed again. Then opens her eyes, frowns, looks to the left thoughtfully then types.
LAPTOP SCREEN
Healing Heart
She closed her eyes again. Ten seconds later she opened her eyes suddenly. Grasped her chest with both hands, mouthed the words ‘oh no’ breathed quickly in a panic. Then suddenly stopped with mouth opened, stunned.
Eyes wide open she stared at the screen, gulped, dropped her hands into her lap. Sitting disoriented with the sudden change. Then typed into the chat.
LAPTOP SCREEN (CONT’D) My heart has been healed. Has my heart been healed?
The music started playing, the curtain closed and the Acharya announces the end for the evening. DIANA
Stands up closes the laptop walks out of the room still confused goes to the bedroom and falls into bed staring at the ceiling. Asks
DIANA (CONT’D) Is this my healing?
INT. TOWNHOME BEDROOM EARLY MORNING
Diana awakens the next morning dressed in night clothes.
A VOICE
Not until it’s sealed.
DIANA
Sealed? What does it mean to be sealed?
She climbs out of bed slowly, thoughtfully, asking the silence.
INT. TOWNHOME KITCHEN & DINING AREA MORNING
Diana slides onto the bench and starts typing on the Laptop.
ACHARYA
In the next session we will be looking at the videos of when the adheenham was attacked to persecute Swamiji and his devotees.
LAPTOP SCREENWhat does it mean for a sealing to be healed?
ACHARYA
Diana, to seal a healing means to heal in the bio-memory, the DNA. So, you will not get the disease again in this lifetime or another. You are removing the memory from your muscle memory.
ACHARYA (CONT’D) Now we will watch the T.V. coverage of when the Adheenham was attacked and women and children were abused.
Diana leaned back against the bench back with both arms crossed to watch.
LAPTOP SCREEN(The video plays of an attack against a village with a cottage set on fire burning hot, women and children are screaming.)
Diana intently stares at the screen stunned. Suddenly sits straight up and shows expressions of horror. She is sucked back through a tunnel into another time. The setting is a village in medieval England with cottages on fire. Women and children screaming. A young adult Diana is railing at the mob on horseback circling and throwing burning torches on the children.
DIANA
(crying with hysteria)
Stop! Stop! Oh, God, stop!
MAURADER ON HORSEBACK(Picks her up and throws her onto the burning roof to fall to the floor)
VILLAGE MEN
(rush through the door to pull her out)
INT. VILLAGE COTTAGE LATE AFTERNOON (candle lit room, Diana on a cot in the middle of the room)
The cot is surrounded by a few others, a priest giving last rites, Diana’s 16 year old son.
DIANA
(weeping, coughing)
I could have stopped them. I should have spoken up before but no one was hearing me.
PRIEST
Hush child. You are not guilty.
ANTHONY
Mom don’t leave. Please don’t die!
DIANA
(Staring up at the ceiling and then closing her
eyes)
God, help me.
Diana’s face froze as she stared into the silence
A VOICE Cross over now.
Diana’s eyes widened as her face lost expression and she slowly closed her eyes.
PRIEST
(waving an incense cup, chanting, praying)
Diana is sucked back through the tunnel.
INT. TOWNHOME KITCHEN & DINING AREA MORNING
Diana shaking and crying, grabbing kleenex by the handful. Sobbing. She stares at both hands holding them up not able to understand. Looks at the ceiling fan, shivers and holds both upper arms staring at the laptop screen.
She types into the chat online.
LAPTOP SCREEN
I just traveled to another lifetime and saw when I left the body with heartbreaking thoughts of guilt. I wasn’t being heard speaking up for children. This memory is the sealing I requested.
EXT TOWNHOME NEIGHBORHOOD MORNING
Diana and Jill are walking a brisk pace, talking
DIANA
I now have the knowledge of how to heal our bodies. It’s in our thoughts.
JILL
I’ve always said it is our thoughts. What happened?
DIANA
Well first I was taken into Samadhi to see that the beliefs we hold about life are not true. There is no heartbreak. In the higher dimensions what happens is a choice.
JILL
Tell that to someone who feels like a victim.
DIANA I know. It’s hard to accept but when you see it’s all a choice you can make other choices.
JILL
What are you going to do with this new understanding?
DIANA
I am going to go back to when I was born and look at all the beliefs I adopted about myself that are not true and complete them.
JILL
Is that all there is to it?
DIANA No on the 17th day we did a meditation and my chest pain, pressure on my chest and breathing difficulty just disappeared. Zip! Gone!
JILL
We’re close to the stop sign, do you want to keep going?
DIANA (waves her hand) Sure. Let’s keep walking.
JILL
So, do you think you’re healed now. You are walking faster, breathing better, everything!
DIANA
I am better. The healing was biochemical. Repairing the chemical damage done to my heart. When I asked if this was my healing I heard not until it’s sealed.
JILL I’ve never heard of sealing a healing. Where’s that?
DIANA
It’s the ancient sciences from the Vedas we should all know about.
DIANA (CONT’D) It’s when you go back into the memory you experienced that caused the disease in your DNA and relive it to drop the stress around it.
JILL
It sounds simple.
DIANA
It’s not. I was taken into another lifetime. In the middle ages I was in a village in England under attack. They were burning the village and the children were being killed. I don’t know how I knew all of this in just a few moments but I realized I felt guilty for not speaking up for the children and thought I could have saved them.I died believing I was unheard, attacked and the tragedy was my fault. Instead of realizing I was not guilty I chose to leave the body and take those beliefs with me in my DNA. I have lived with heart disease for many lifetimes. Seeing it I can now let it go.
JILL
(stopped, looking around troubled)
Goodness. This is similar to my story of when my grandfather rejected me because I reminded him of his daughter Otilia that died at 4 years old. And I returned as his grand daughter but he didn’t know I was Otilia. He suffered thinking she was gone and I was right there.
Jill and Diana arrived at the end of the street back near their homes.
DIANA
I realize now our many lifetimes are happening all at once. The repeated patterns we experience are caused by our beliefs. We just complete with them and time stops and reality changes immediately. We can change the past.
DIANA (CONT’D)It was like I traveled to another dimension and by seeing my past I am able to change it.
Stopping Jill is out of breath, bends over with her hands on her knees then raises up. Diana smiles at her.
JILL
Speaking of time, we’ve walked longer not stopping. I have run out of breath. You aren’t even breathing heavy!
DIANA
No, I have breath. I have a life now!
She laughs with delight.
INT. DOCTOR’S CLINIC NOON
The New Cardiologist is standing before Diana as she sits on the examining table. He’s looking at his chart and back at her quizzically.
NEW CARDIOLOGIST Your clinicals look good.
DIANA
I feel so much better. I appreciate your patience since I changed doctors.
NEW CARDIOLOGIST Well, I would like for you to stay on the one drug I recommended.
DIANA
I will until everything is clear.
NEW CARDIOLOGIST Even though all your clinicals look good, the echo shows you still have a scar on your heart and even though the function has mildly improved your still below what I would like to see you achieve.
The technician said he didn’t recognize me. I’m not out of breath, pale and in pain as before. He said sometimes patients may not show improvement in one part of their heart but the heart will grow new artery pathways
NEW CARDIOLOGIST Yes, we do see improvement here but without more tests we won’t be able to say exactly what’s happening.
INT. DARFON’S RESTAURANT EVENING
Bob and Diana are sitting at the table with Louis and Katherine.
WAITER
Anything else needed? How’s the food?
LOUIS
(raises his hand with finger thumb together in a signal of okay)
KATHERINE(turns to Diana)
You seem like you’re doing well.
DIANA
(laughing gleefully
Much better. I am so much better.
BOB
(looking quizzically atDiana and smiling) She is better. I’ve noticed a big difference lately.
LOUIS
Say, we’re doing fine too. We got that booster shot You know for Covid.
Katherine put her hand on Louis’arm and smiled at him.
BOB
(smiling) Yeah, I did too.
Diana had a spoon full of food halfway to her mouth. She stopped. Stared at him with shock. Dropped her eyes and slowly lowered her spoon looking at the food with distaste.
LOUIS
How’s that AirBnB investment coming you bought in Florida.
BOB
Great. It’s finished. I just told the designers to stop, we may just move there.
Bob turned to Diana and smiled looking expectantly. Diana stared back then looked at the others.
DIANA
(firm with certainty and without emotions) I told him he just needs to go ahead and move there.
Louis picks up a glass of wine and over the rim he glances at Diana and then Bob with his eyebrows lifted.
INT. TOWNHOME KITCHEN & DINING AREA MORNING
Diana is sitting at the table on her laptop. Bob enters the room to pick up some mail from the kitchen counter. Staring at it.
BOB
What are you going to do? My movers have the truck loaded. I’ll be out of here in a few minutes.
DIANA
The apartment is ready. I will be moving in a few days. A retirement community. I’ll take a year and see what happens.
BOB
Is that the only plans you have?
Bob glances at her then continues looking at his mail sorting through the stack of letters.
I may write a movie script. I just signed up to learn how.
BOB
Well, I’m going back. Going home to Florida.
DIANA
I’m going forward.
Bob ignoring her. Scoops the mail up and heads to the door.
BOB
(speaking over his shoulder)
If any mail slips through the change of address text me.
Diana watches him as he walks out, following him to the door. He pulls the door closed behind him, leaving her standing looking at the door curiously. In a moment a slight smile spreads across her lips.
The phone rings. She returns to the phone on the kitchen counter.
DIANA Hello?
APARTMENT MANAGER Ms. Sullivan
DIANA
Yes,
APARTMENT MANAGER This is Lisa at the Retirement apartments. I have some bad news. Today pipes burst above your unit and it flooded. It’s destroyed.
DIANA
How. How long will it take to repair?
APARTMENT MANAGER It will be months. We’ll have to cancel your lease because we’re not even sure when it will be available again.
DIANA
Do you have another one?
APARTMENT MANAGER I’m sorry, no.
DIANA
Okay, thank you
She hangs up slowly lowering the phone. Walks to the table and drops into a chair with her chin propped on her hand looking confused.
The phone rings. Diana answers it again.
DIANA (CONT’D) Hi Toni!
TONI
Hey Diana! How are you?
DIANA I don’t know. My life is unraveling. Every door has closed. Literally everything is over.
Toni’s exuberance comes across the phone.
TONI
Wonderful! That means you’re about to have a new one!
DIANA
(laughed) Really?
TONI
Yes, I called at just the right time. What a coincidence! We’re in a time dimension that’s simultaneous and synchronistic. Let’s go. Meet me in L.A. Let’s hang out at the Temple and get recharged. Find a new direction.
DIANA
Well, I was starting something new. A movie screenplay.
TONI
Really? Is there a better place to write a screenplay but in L.A.? Think of the contacts, people you will meet.
(laughed again)
I guess there’s nothing holding me back. Why not? I have no place to live at the moment. No plans. My family are all doing great and I’m not needed. I could do a few months in L.A. Why not? Just for the adventure of it.
TONI
Exactly, life is an adventure! Live it with freedom. You know now you can enter another dimension where time stops. Change your reality. Do what you know is best.
DIANA
I’ve never had this kind of freedom! But I trust the doors opening. It feels so right. I’ll move my stuff into storage and I’ll meet you there in a week.
(CONT’D)
INT. NASHVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT MORNING

Her phone rings as she wrestles with her purse to get it.
DIANA Hello?
MA MUKTIKA
I heard you are coming to L.A.
DIANA
(laughing)
Yes, on my way right now.
MA MUKTIKA Beautiful! The Temple is high energy and you’ll enjoy it here.
DIANA
I’m looking forward to it. I’ll be there this afternoon.
MA MUKTIKA I called to also invite you to travel with us to the United Nations.
DIANA
(stopped walking, surprised)
The United Nations?
MA MUKTIKA
Yes, we’re flying to London and on to Geneva Switzerland. We want you to go with us.
DIANA
(her mouth drops open for a second) When?
MA MUKTIKA
We’re leaving on Wednesday in three days.
DIANA What???
Diana looks around her like she didn’t know where she was.
MA MUKTIKA
Yes, we’re attending the meetings on human rights. Because of the persecution and abuse. We will be speaking up for women and children’s rights.
DIANA
Speak up for children?
(Her voice squeaked)
Diana looked up at the Delta flight sign going to Los Angeles. Pulled the phone away. Stared for a moment then looked at it before speaking into it again.
DIANA (CONT’D)(firmly, decisively) Speak up for children? Yes I’ll go.

EXT AIRPLANE LANDING BENGALURU, INDIA MORNING
INT BENGALURU AIRPORT MORNING
Diana yawns while standing at a desk exchanging cash for a young guy to help carry baggage. They start walking through crowds of people holding signs to meet their travelers. The crowd looks exhausted and haggard. When the young man waves at two of the signs each time Diana shakes her head and they continue through a gate where Diana spots three young monks dressed in orange Hindu Monastary dress standing under a tree. The young men were striking with an ageless, radiant glow of light from their faces.
THE BAGGAGE GUY(reached out his hand for a tip)
DIANA
I’ve already given a tip.
MONK 1
In Hindi intensely dressed down the baggage guy
THE BAGGAGE GUYStepped back, raised his hands and waved away any tip showing a pride of not accepting anymore.

My husband and I are headed for divorce and my 14 year old son is my main concern. I find the meditation, the yoga, the connection to a guru helps me focus
DIANA
Watching Toni continue to sort and search for her clothes in the suitcase trying to make some order she remains in thoughtful silence.
TONILet’s say I live in bliss now. Fewer worries, fewer doubts, fewer obstacles. So, tomorrow I expect will be more of the same.
DIANA I can’t wait!
TONIWe’ll be starting yoga tomorrow morning at 4:30 am.

TONINo, we have to be up and ready for the bus at 3:30 am. So, we’ll need to get up at 2:30 or 3 am
DIANA(stared at her speechless before starting to speak haltingly)
Well, I guess I can get used to this if we go to sleep early.
TONIThe last program I attended we didn’t get finished till 10 or 11 at night.
DIANA When do we sleep?
TONIThey don’t sleep here. They likely don’t sleep more than three hours at night. The energy is high. You don’t need sleep in this dimension.

DIANA
That’s what I heard. He left the country.
TONI
Yeah. You speak with power and the power structures are threatened.
DIANA
What was he like when you met him?
JESSICA
He was... umm. I felt a tremendous amount of bliss from him. And he didn’t seem to touch the ground when he walked. Like he was very etheric.

JESSICA
(nearby rolls her eyes)
TONI
You have to pleat it to take up the length. Let me help you.
Toni takes the fabric unwinds it then starts pleating it.
DIANA
I am sorry my saree is sorry. Why do we wear these?
JESSICA
It’s ancient dress still worn today by Indian women.
DIANA
(shaking her head) Everything taught here is about energy, physics and science.

Delighted to meet you too, Ma
Diana, welcome to the ashram
DIANA
TONI
Toni leaned toward Diana to quietly whisper in her ear with amusement.

FIRST YOUNG MAN Yes, we’re riding the city bus.
DIANA
Can I ride along with you?

The guard slowly opened the gate suspiciously. Diana walked through with the guys behind her.
EXT FRONT OF THE EDUCATION HALL AFTERNOON
7 YEAR OLD STUDENT We are learning today how to manifest the power of remote viewing.

12 YEAR OLD
(She picked up a blindfold in her lap and tied it)
Sure
DIANA
Scrolling through her phone she came to a head shot of a dog with tall pointed ears and placed behind the 12 year olds head
12 YEAR OLD
I see a...something pointed....a Picture of an anmial?
DIANA
(glancing at the girl and her phone in surprise back at the girl)
That’s right. A dog with pointed ears. You got it! Let me try.
Diana placed a blindfold on. The girl scrolled on her phone then held the phone picture behind Diana’s head.
DIANA (CONT’D) It’s a house? Maybe a car? Some green color.
12 YEAR OLD
(Looks at her phone)
Keep Trying
DIANA
A bus? The road?
Diana pulls off the blindfold to look at the phone.
DIANA (CONT’D)(frowning) The sky?

DIANA
(stares at Toni with a
slight frown) I sacrificed diamonds along time ago to have children.
TONI
(Teasing, smiling) Learn to materialize and you can have anything you want now.
DIANA
Diamonds out of my mouth? That’s insane.
TONI
It’s all molecules. If you can materialize anyone thing you can materialize anything. Even diamonds.
DIANA
(stared at Toni daring her
to continue)
THE ANNOUNCER ON SOUND SYSTEM Please come forward now to see. She will drop them here in the tray.
TONI It’s been proven. She’s been studied in experiments. Go look.
DIANA
I’m finished with this discussion.
SECOND PERSON
Let’s help you up. Can you stand?
Without a word two arms reached down and slowly lifted Diana to her feet. She stood unsteadily raising her hand to the back of her head.
MA CHANDRA NURSEStep over to the clinic, sit down. The doctor asks if you will go to the emergency room. That was a hard fall. To be checked out.

The car pulls forward to arrive at the gate with the security guard coming to the window. Ma Chandra rolls the window down.
EXT. STREETS TO BENGALARU AFTERNOON
The car swerves into traffic through the small town of Biddad cutting in and out of traffic.
DIANA
Where are you from?
THE DRIVER
(Ignoring her he comes a stop a few steps from the door of a small shop and steps out of the car}
MA CHANDRA NURSE(Raising her voice in alarm)
What are we doing? We’re supposed to be going to the emergency room.
THE DRIVER
(disappears into a doorway holding a bag)
MA CHANDRA NURSE(Looks at him, looks back at Diana alarmed)
Does he even know English?
DIANA
(Stares back at her, looks around then raises her hand to the back of her head to feel for an injury then drops her hand. )
MA CHANDRA NURSE We need to get to the emergency room!
Ma Chandra exasperated opens the door to step out when the driver returns to the car and sits down with his bag.
MA CHANDRA NURSE (CONT’D) Why are we stopping here? We need to go to the emergency room!
THE DRIVER
He muttered unintelligeablely and held up his bag.
SHOP KEEPER
(Stepped out of the shop to the car to collect money from the driver,)
MA CHANDRA NURSE(stunned looking at Diana, the driver, back to Diana, then spoke with disbelief)
He brought blender tops from the kitchen to get repaired!
DIANA
(Stared back at her then put her hand to the back of her head, turned her face away and tried not to laugh.)
The car pulled forward and they continued on the way.
DIANA (CONT’D)
(watching the landscape. You know, I was thirsty when I fell and I still haven’t gotten any water. Do you suppose we could stop on the way for water?
MA CHANDRA NURSE(ordering the driver)
Stop at a market to get water
THE DRIVER
(Swerves the car off the road onto a dirt road with no retail in sight.)
DIANA
(Staring at a dirt road and field in surprise That’s okay. Let’s not stop. Please, just go ahead.

The aide the wheelchair and led Ma Chandra to a room where
Diana stood up and stepped up on the bed to lay down
DIANA
May I please get some water?
HOSPITAL AIDE
I’m sorry, no, not until you see a doctor.
The aide left and Ma Chandra and Diana waited. The doctor, a young female in professional coat, enters the room.
EMERGENCY DOCTOR Hello, I’m doctor ? What have we hear?
MA CHANDRA NURSE She had a really hard fall hitting her back and head on a rock floor.
DIANA
But I don’t have any bump on my head.
EMERGENCY DOCTORLet’s see.
(She touched the back of Diana’s head.) Anything?
DIANA
No, no pain. Nothing.
EMERGENCY DOCTOR What about here?
She moved her hands down Diana’s neck, to upper back. Here?
DIANA
No, no pain, no soreness, nothing.
EMERGENCY DOCTOR(glances at Ma Chandra) There’s no reason to have an X-ray. I have found no reason.
MA CHANDRA NURSE(lifts her hands helplessly)
Well, we just want to check and make sure.
DIANA
(glances at ma chandra curiously and she looks away)
EXT EMERGENCY ROOM OUTSIDE MID AFTERNOON
DIANA
Look a market across the street let’s go get some water!
They both dashed across the street, laughing
INT EDUCATION HALL LATE AFTERNOON
Diana walks into the dimly lit hall mostly vacant. Ma Prema recognizes her and instantly comes to her side.
INT. BENGALURU HOTEL ROOM AFTERNOON
Toni is rushing around loading her suitcase and Diana has a suitcase open watching Toni while filling her suitcase. TONI
Throwing her clothes in the suitcase.
I always hate going back
DIANA
I understand. I feel like I’ve awakened and I’m alive now.
TONI
You have been. You are. But it’s different out there.
She tilts her head toward the window.
DIANA
(shrugs her shoulders and announces confidently)
I know but what could possibly go wrong now?
TONI
(pausing to stare reflectively)
Maybe not here. But out there?
She points her finger to the ceiling. Drops the index finger to point her thumb toward the window. Shakes her head.
DIANA
(delighted)
This has been amazing. I’ve loved every minute of it and even rooming with you has been good.
TONI
(zips up the suitcase and rolls it to the door)
We’re not on the same plane back to the US but I’ll see you at the airport this afternoon.
DIANA
(standing in the middle of the room watches Toni leave. The door closes)

TONI
(Laughing)
Thanks! I know everyone in the program now looks different.
DIANA
(pointing across the airport as another couple walked toward them) Isn’t that a couple from the program?
The couple came straight to Toni and Diana, four exuberant people laughing with delight while weary travelers passed by.
FIRST PARTICIPANT Wasn’t the 21 days amazing!
DIANA
Yes! I’ll never be the same.
(pausing) Thank goodness!

DIANA
(laughed handing her suitcase to him then sits in the front seat)
Bob loads the suitcase then jumps into driver seat. Leans forward to kiss and then looking in rear view mirror drives forward.
BOB
I want more of that. (pausing)
Tired? You’ve been flying for 24 hours.
DIANA
(laughing, shrugging her shoulders)
Not really. It’s morning. I feel great.
BOB
I didn’t expect this. So, wanna go with me to the art studio where I’m playing for a brunch reception?
DIANA
(paused, looking out the window as the cityscape
passed by) Sure

The room has a refreshment table people milling around in small talk. Diana sits nearby, a cup in her hand listening to the music and to the conversations.
FIRST VOICE NEARBY She has Alzheimer's. They say she’s losing her memory and mind. Tragic. So, tragic.
SECOND VOICE NEARBY I know. My brother in law’s memory is going too. He’ll soon need to be in a home for treatment. He’s stopped dressing himself.
FIRST VOICE NEARBY This lady can’t tell anyone where she lives. Imagine being trapped in your brain without knowing where you are?
DIANA
(staring ahead, looking down, glancing backwards turns to the music & Bob horrified)
BOB
(Finishes a romantic song winking at her.)
INT CAR RIDING HOME NOON

JILL
(laughs, they keep walking their voices float down the street as they continue to talk.}
Diana is standing at the counter of Delta Airlines handing them her ID. They tag herluggage and hand her a receipt. She turns and starts walking through the airport looking up at the directional signs. Through security, down the corridors, to the flights. Smiling.
Music is playing, Never Giving Up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BoA8xkiuts0
